About the role

Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei Payroll-Projekten inkl. Dokumentation und Nachbereitung
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse, Umsetzung und dem Testen von Abrechnungsprozessen
- Teilnahme an Abstimmungsterminen zur Aufnahme von Anforderungen unserer Mandanten
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Ablösung bestehender Vorprogramme
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpersonen und externen Consultants
- Mitwirkung beim Ausrollen neuer Lösungen bei unseren Mandanten
Requirements
- Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang, Studienrichtung nicht entscheidend
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Projektarbeit und Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
- IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel
- Team- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
