Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day management of air freight shipments

Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1)
Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements
Assist with cargo pick‑up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate to meet service standards
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in air freight customer service or operations
A good understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with freight systems such as CargoWise One preferred
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
