About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing day-to-day air freight shipments at Toll Group. Providing documentation, customer updates, and coordinating across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day management of air freight shipments
  • Provide accurate documentation and timely customer updates
  • Effective coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
  • Support air freight operations and documentation
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements
  • Assist with cargo pick‑up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate to meet service standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in air freight customer service or operations
  • A good understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with freight systems such as CargoWise One preferred
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
