About the role
- Product Project Manager leading and managing client projects for real estate digital marketing applications. Collaborating closely with technical and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking simultaneous client projects and their associated day-to-day activities with minimal supervision and a high sense of urgency.
- Partner closely with engineering and UX/UI to shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and our studio by maintaining proactive contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Translating requests into actionable project plans and setting expectations that align with project scope.
- Clarifying strategic requirements and setting expectations internally with team leads based on client goals.
- Creating & maintaining schedules and project timelines, tracking deliverables and monitoring/reporting on project progress.
- Proactively organizing information quickly and at a high level to address bottlenecks and define the best way forward.
- Categorizing and keeping track of client assets provided to develop their software.
- Leading and participating in client reviews by identifying potential issues, staying abreast of scope changes, reminding everyone of schedule, and overall goals.
- Managing client relationships and coordinating the technical and design elements for the development of customized real estate sales & marketing software.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Proactivity, positivity & professionalism.
- An ability to take charge of projects and communicate with clients to convey deadlines, scope of work and potential challenges throughout projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize tasks, dependencies and manage schedule to obtain quality deliverables.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and create successful client partnerships.
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to influence customers.
- Experience with various software like Asana, Clickup, Digital Proofing Software, Box, MS Office, G Suite.
- Understanding and/or experience in 3D visualization, film production, design, or interactive media is a plus.
- Architectural or Real Estate experience is highly preferred.

- This position is based in Sarasota, FL. Candidates who can work onsite or relocate are preferred.
