About the role
- Technical Support Engineer supporting enterprise customers by resolving technical issues and optimizing TiDB performance. Engaging in incident recovery and providing architectural proposals based on customer needs.
Responsibilities

- 重大インシデントの復旧支援および RCA の実施、発生傾向の整理とプロダクト改善へのフィードバック
- TiDB クラスタのセットアップ、設定変更、アップグレードなどの導入・運用支援
- お客様環境に応じたアーキテクチャの提案や最適化、既存システムとの連携サポート
- インストール手順・設定ガイドなどの技術ドキュメント作成、ナレッジベースの拡充
- PoCフェーズのプリセールス技術支援、技術側との密な連携を通じたサポート品質向上
- 技術レビューや顧客定例会への参加による継続的な顧客関係構築
Requirements
- データベース技術サポート、SRE、運用保守などの経験（3年以上）
- MySQL／Oracle など RDBMS の運用・管理経験
- Linux／Unix の実務経験および基礎的なOS知識
- データベースアーキテクチャ、性能チューニング、障害対応への理解
