About the role

  • Provide organizational support to the managing director while coordinating customer inquiries at a leading insurance consulting firm in Vienna. Engage in internal projects and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational support to the Managing Director
  • Coordinate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assist with office management
  • Lead independent projects in the areas of organization and HR
  • Support personnel management (approx. 20 employees)
  • Help shape workflows and processes
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and independently manage long-standing clients
  • Analyze insurance contracts
  • Review policies and premium notices
  • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
  • Participate in internal projects

Requirements

  • Training in insurance (apprenticeship, university course in insurance)
  • Professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in operations and client-facing roles
  • Project management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Ideally familiar with CCA9
  • Knowledge of leadership and organizational topics
  • Interest in professional development
  • Open, communicative personality with an ability to focus on essentials
  • Responsible and reliable
