Responsibilities
Provide proactive support to Corporate, National, and Independent Advisor offices
Build strong one-to-one relationships with assigned branches
Follow up on pending cases to ensure service standards and timelines are met
Communicate key updates through calls, emails, and notifications
Take ownership of assigned files and resolve issues that could delay progress
Identify and remove obstacles in the case process to keep applications moving effectively
Requirements
Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset
Proven customer service experience with professionalism across all management levels
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective team player with strong interpersonal abilities
Adaptable and comfortable operating through continuous change
Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Knowledge of life insurance terminology is an asset
