About the role

  • Manage client accounts and grow business in Personal Lines Insurance. Deliver exceptional service while handling quotes, policies, and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of client accounts by reviewing risk and underwriting information to deliver the best insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and process quotes, policies, renewals, and changes quickly and accurately.
  • Keep coverage competitive by remarketing policies as needed.
  • Drive growth by actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met with timely follow-ups and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to a positive, customer-first culture where service excellence comes first.

Requirements

  • Must be RIBO licensed.
  • Minimum 2- years Personal Lines experience.
  • Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
  • Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets and stay open to new market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated relationship building expertise.
  • Must remain professional and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBroker and EPIC is an asset.
