About the role
- Lead P&C Reinsurance Operating Model Strategy & Design at Swiss Re. Shape business strategy integrating AI and organizational design for reinsurance.
Responsibilities
- Own the conceptual design and continuous evolution of the P&C Re target operating model
- Translate AI and advanced analytics potential into concrete operating model choices across processes, governance, and decision frameworks
- Define future-state processes, roles, and capability requirements
- Translate design choices into clear transformation building blocks and sequencing logic
- Assess workforce impacts of operating model and AI-driven change
- Embed operating model principles and AI design standards into governance forums and decision processes
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders
Requirements
- Advanced academic background (Master's or MBA preferred), ideally with a focus on business, strategy, technology, or finance
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operating model design, or business transformation roles, ideally in (re)insurance, financial services, or management consulting
- Experience contributing to large-scale transformation programs in global organizations with cross-functional exposure
- Strong understanding of P&C reinsurance value chains and core processes
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
