Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
- 5+ years previously managing IT Services & Support teams
- Proven Cyber Security practice, prefer certificates
- Knowledgeable and understanding in the full technology stack such as IT Infrastructure (switches, servers, network and connectivity)
- Strong communication, management, and leadership skills
- Strong Technical skills required, including ability to resolve most tier 1/tier 2 user issues
- Experience with managing vendors and contracts, especially companies like MS that have large, complicated budget line items
- Experience with supporting MS Dynamics and Azure is preferred
