Responsibilities
- Plan and execute distribution operations initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across Wealth Management.
- Lead operational integration for M&A activities within distribution, translating project outcomes into actionable steps.
- Review and refine existing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across the distribution network.
- Collaborate with senior management, operations teams, and key stakeholders to deliver smooth transitions and operational improvements.
- Host training sessions and deliver presentations to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Extract and analyse operational data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, lead, and deliver continuous improvement projects within distribution operations to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client and adviser experience.
- Supporting broader Titan wealth team with ad hoc projects.
- Adhere to all FCA regulations including consumer duty.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in distribution operations or operational integration within financial services.
- Good standard of education, including Maths and English
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies (Desirable).
- Diploma in financial planning (Desirable).
