IT Operations Manager responsible for overseeing IT operations at Cerapedics. Contributing to mission of transforming bone repair through leadership and technical management.
Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and predictable service delivery across IT and OT environments.
Act as the primary operational decision-maker, escalating to the Sr. IT Director when strategic tradeoffs or risk decisions are required.
Establish and refine operational processes including incident management, change management, patching, and system lifecycle management.
Serve as the senior IT presence when the Sr. IT Director is unavailable (vacation, off-hours, business travel).
Directly manage and mentor Endpoint / Helpdesk Engineers, Systems & Network Engineers.
Serve as the backup and technical lead for systems and network engineering in a single engineer model.
Design and maintain resilient architectures across cloud, campus, and manufacturing systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business Administration with an IT discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Advanced degree or MBA with an IT Management concentration preferred but not required.
At least 10 years of experience in IT specializing in supporting organizational IT programs and infrastructure.
8 years of management experience leading a team of IT professionals.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), ISA / IEC 62443 or SCADA Security Certification, SAP System Administration experience.
