About the role

  • Area Sales Director managing Regional Sales Managers and executing sales strategies for Galderma's Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio. Driving performance through leadership, execution, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers
  • Execute portfolio-based selling strategies
  • Ensure consistent adherence to all sales compliance policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Collaborate with internal headquarters partners to represent field needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or biologic sales
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales leaders or sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
  • Proven ability to analyze data and think strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
