About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager leading a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals across the Northeast. Driving sales objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams at Galderma.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals (DSPs)
  • Plan and execute regional sales meetings
  • Analyze sales performance and market data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate understanding and use of Galderma Market Access programs
  • Develop and implement customer-focused processes and workflows
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
  • 2+ years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in sales roles
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate complex product information
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and access pathways
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, influence stakeholders, and execute with discipline
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 75%, including overnight travel
