Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering innovative solutions to client problems, i.e., capturing business requirements and transforming them through analysis and design into technical solutions.
- Work on business requirements analysis and the definition of technical solutions, with a focus on innovation and alignment with client needs;
- Design and define architectures for complex systems, new or legacy, taking into account scalability, security, performance and interoperability;
- Conduct technical requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating functional and non-functional demands into architectural specifications;
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture models, integration flows and component definitions;
- Evaluate existing systems, identifying opportunities for refactoring, modernization and integration;
- Develop test plans, validation strategies and implementation schedules for proposed solutions;
- Diagnose and propose solutions for technical issues related to communication between systems, services and platforms;
- Manage technical projects: demand control, feasibility assessment, delivery tracking and production of technical documentation;
- Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to support process automation, predictive analysis, data classification and the continuous improvement of developed solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration of environments and services, with a focus on identity management, groups, security policies and compliance;
- Power Platform: administration of environments, including Dataverse;
- Development of applications in Power Apps (model-driven, canvas and portal);
- Process automation and system integration using Power Automate;
- SharePoint Online: Site Collection management, modern site development, content structuring and governance policy enforcement;
- Azure: administration of Resource Groups, service monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting based on logs and metrics;
- SQL Server (Azure and on-premises): query execution, database administration, gateway management and publishing dashboards to Power BI;
- Power BI: creation of interactive dashboards, workspace administration and integration with diverse data sources;
- Copilot Studio: development of AI-based solutions, including the creation of custom agents for support automation and integration with corporate systems;
- Power Virtual Agents (PVA): creation, training and management of intelligent chatbots, with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency;
- Microsoft Fabric: administration of Data Lakes, data organization and support for advanced analytics initiatives;
- Change and incident management: participation in ITSM processes, with a focus on governance, traceability and risk mitigation;
- Artificial Intelligence: experience applying AI and machine learning techniques in enterprise solutions, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, data classification and integration with Microsoft cognitive services;
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related IT fields;
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform or related areas will be considered a differential.
