About the role

• Solution Engineer implementing integrations for Luminovo's electronics supply chain platform, collaborating with customers and driving revenue through technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• You help turn Luminovo’s integration capabilities into a scalable, revenue-driving function.
• You work closely with customers, Sales, and Product to focus on the highest-impact integration use cases, shape them into repeatable solutions, and bring them to market.
• You design and implement integrations between Luminovo and customer systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, guiding customers through technical onboarding and complex go-lives.
• You continuously improve the developer experience of our APIs by defining common integration patterns, contributing feedback to API design, and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation.
• You act as a trusted technical expert in pre- and post-sales contexts, enabling Sales and Customer Success with sound solution designs.

Requirements

• You have to be willing to dive into the electronics industry to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
