About the role

  • Professional structuring cross-unit S&OP processes and standardizing methodologies for Grupo Tigre. Focus on driving continuous improvement and aligning stakeholders in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate the global S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment among involved areas and adherence to the established calendar.
  • Critically analyze planning data and assumptions, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare executive analyses and strategic recommendations to support short-, medium-, and long-term decisions.
  • Standardize and evolve S&OP processes, KPIs, and methodologies, promoting governance and global best practices.
  • Act as a business partner to functions and global units, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Experience with S&OP.
  • Knowledge of WMAPE and Bias.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Basic Spanish.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate/MBA or specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP.
