About the role
- Professional structuring cross-unit S&OP processes and standardizing methodologies for Grupo Tigre. Focus on driving continuous improvement and aligning stakeholders in the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate the global S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment among involved areas and adherence to the established calendar.
- Critically analyze planning data and assumptions, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare executive analyses and strategic recommendations to support short-, medium-, and long-term decisions.
- Standardize and evolve S&OP processes, KPIs, and methodologies, promoting governance and global best practices.
- Act as a business partner to functions and global units, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience with S&OP.
- Knowledge of WMAPE and Bias.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Basic Spanish.
- Preferred: Postgraduate/MBA or specialization in Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP.
