About the role
- Watchlist Analyst focused on CT analysis and intelligence production at BTS Software Solutions in Reston, VA. Participating in research and analysis, providing strategic expertise in personnel recovery operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic expertise, covering multiple facets of CT analysis and hostage and personnel recovery analysis
- Conduct research and analysis, produce finished intelligence
- Populate various databases, and disseminate intelligence products
- Crosscheck/research known or suspected terrorists against other intelligence holdings
- Compile information into a nomination report format as specified by the Government
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- General knowledge and understanding of IC organizations associated with CT operations
- Possess general information systems experience working with select DoD datasets
- Demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of terrorist organizations, including group names and geographic location
- Ability to systematically review DoD datasets for identifying information for known or suspected terrorists
