About the role
- Counterterrorism Analyst providing strategic intelligence support and analysis related to transnational terrorism. Collaborating with IC partners and producing finished intelligence products for U.S. defense officials.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic expertise on terrorist personalities, networks, facilities, and tactics
- Conduct research and analysis of data and intelligence to produce finished all-source intelligence products
- Produce in-depth strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorist networks
- Coordinate all products within DIA and with other IC partners
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
- Possess knowledge of capabilities and limitations of intelligence collection disciplines
- Knowledge of IC collection management cycle, processes, systems, and tools
- Drive collection to identify and answer intelligence gaps
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience with applying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases
