About the role

  • Intern assisting in administrative and operational tasks for a multinational construction solutions company. A role focused on organization and process efficiency with cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of administrative processes, including purchase requests, system records, and document control.
  • Enter, verify, and organize financial and tax information in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Update and maintain internal controls, such as spreadsheets, reports, KPIs, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with company policies and calendars.
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions related to administrative and operational processes.
  • Interface with suppliers for operational alignment, information exchange, and follow-up on requests.
  • Support the organization of tasks, prioritizing activities and ensuring the accuracy of information.

Requirements

  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
  • Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Interest in administrative routines, controls, and corporate processes.
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and organizational tools.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in administrative or Back Office routines.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate, financial, or procurement systems (ERP).
