About the role

  • Event Support Specialist assisting Ticketmaster clients with event management tasks. Involves building events, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs
  • Build and update events based on work requests from clients
  • Input accurate data into Ticketmaster ticketing systems
  • Verify and communicate event info to all stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve client issues and technical system errors
  • Quality assurance for event configurations as required
  • Track daily tasks and workload through Salesforce
  • Support client empowerment by training them in self-service tools and facilitate promoter requests.
  • Help onboard new team members as a mentor/buddy

Requirements

  • Service oriented, working with accuracy, structure, and organisation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients from the local market
  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • H. S. diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Knowledge of how TM departments work together internally and externally with clients
  • A certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required.
