About the role

  • Event Manager responsible for planning and executing high-visibility events at Dataciders. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, managing vendors, and overseeing event logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences and client events
  • Coordinating venues and external service providers (catering, AV/technical, exhibition contractors)
  • Responsible for attendee and speaker management (ticketing, registrations)
  • Central point of contact for organizers, partners, sponsors and internal teams
  • On-site event support including logistics and booth assistance
  • Organizing and managing event materials such as exhibition stands and giveaways
  • Structured documentation and post-event follow-up

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the events field or a completed degree
  • Approx. 3 years of professional experience in event or project management
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • High service orientation, enjoyment of working with people and strong communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality, resilience and flexibility
  • Basic knowledge of event registration or event management tools (e.g. Eventbrite or HubSpot)
