Responsibilities
Support our partner companies in developing sales strategies for the commercial customer segment
Identify value-creating consulting needs and structure requirements
Advise our partner companies on all matters related to business and retail customer sales, e.g., product design or profitability assessments
Provide advice on optimizing the interface between sales, energy procurement and sales management
Develop product strategies, particularly for new product offerings (e.g., smart tariffs, PPA delivery, § 14a products)
Evaluate and analyze market, customer and competitor data
Requirements
Very good completed university degree (Master’s) in Business Administration or (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in management consulting
Excellent knowledge of the German energy sector, in particular sales and the sales/energy procurement interface
Team spirit, outgoing demeanor, confident presence and excellent communication skills
High commitment, determination, initiative, creativity and persistence when required
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, numerical affinity and enjoyment in solving complex problems
Experience in executing projects and analytical tasks, ideally including preparation of strategy-relevant deliverables
Very good German language skills and a confident command of MS Office and databases
