About the role

Responsibilities
- Advising public sector clients on the design, planning and implementation of digitalization projects in the fields of artificial intelligence and data analysis
- Providing strategic consulting and support across all project phases (e.g., project initiation, current-state analysis, target-state, solution and implementation design), involving internal and external stakeholders
- Defining work steps and deliverables as well as the time, budget, and resource framework together with sales, project teams and development
- Strategically managing medium to large (sub-)project teams and programs in the delivery of project outcomes and product development
- Identifying market trends and independently evaluating opportunities for project and product business as well as the business portfolio in AI and data analytics
- Analyzing, developing and implementing strategic project and product potentials in the context of business development in collaboration with sales, innovation and development
- Shaping and further developing the method and toolset within the business unit
Requirements
- University degree in economics, public administration, computer science or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
- Relevant professional experience in consulting, public administration, as a business analyst, product owner, requirements engineer or in a comparable role
- Practical experience in strategic business development in a project or product context, as well as market knowledge in the public sector digitalization environment
- Solid knowledge of industry standards and project and requirements management methods and tools (e.g., Scrum, IREB, Design Thinking, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Interest in socially relevant topics such as e‑government, enthusiasm for agile software development, and self‑initiative combined with entrepreneurial action
- Good written and spoken English (B2 level)
