Responsibilities
Prospect and act consultatively with physicians and healthcare professionals;
Plan and execute an efficient schedule of in-person visits in Campinas and surrounding areas;
Develop close, ongoing relationships with physicians, leaders and healthcare institutions;
Understand clients’ needs and offer personalized educational solutions;
Monitor performance indicators and propose strategies to increase conversion;
Support and participate in medical, scientific and educational events;
Stay up to date on the course portfolio and trends in continuing medical education.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Exact Sciences, Humanities or Biological Sciences);
Previous experience in commercial and/or trade roles;
Advantage: experience with sales in the education or healthcare sector;
Experience with consultative sales and B2B relationship management;
Organization and discipline for managing schedule and sales funnel;
Intermediate Office suite skills;
Availability for regional travel;
On-site work in Campinas and surrounding cities;
Active Category B driver’s license (CNH B);
Availability to work on-site in Campinas and surrounding region;
Availability to travel throughout the state
