Responsibilities
Customer acquisition and retention: Develop and expand long-term customer relationships as well as actively identify and win new business customers within the sales territory.
Sales planning and budget responsibility: Responsible for planning, implementing, and achieving the regional sales budget to ensure sales targets are met.
Project and proposal management: Take ownership of and close sales projects, including proposal pricing, follow-up, and measures to strengthen customer loyalty.
Contract and recovery management: Conduct analyses of customer losses, develop win-back strategies, and prepare and monitor contracts, including action planning for deviations.
Complaint management and customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints.
Sales reporting and external representation: Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities and represent the company at trade shows and events.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or equivalent expertise in this area is mandatory
Confident use of common MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
Very good German and English skills are required
High willingness to travel is expected
