Responsibilities
Client acquisition and retention: Develop and expand long-term customer relationships and actively identify and win new business customers within the sales territory.
Sales planning and budget responsibility: Responsible for planning, implementing and achieving the regional sales budget to ensure sales targets are met.
Project and quotation management: Lead and close sales projects, including quote calculation, follow-up and measures to strengthen customer loyalty.
Contract and win-back management: Conduct lost-customer analyses, develop recovery strategies, and prepare and monitor contracts including action planning in case of deviations.
Complaints management and customer satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally handling feedback and complaints.
Sales reporting and external representation: Prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
Requirements
Some professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry, or equivalent expertise in this area, is required
Confident user of common MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
Excellent German and English skills are required
High willingness to travel is expected
