About the role

  • Client Support Associate providing operational support for global clients at Veriforce, a leading supply chain risk management company. Collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of global client needs and demonstrate how Veriforce products and services support those requirements.
  • Provide timely and effective client support using Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) and Veriforce proprietary systems.
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support interactions and activities.
  • Proactively identify root causes of issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Generate, format, and deliver basic client reports using the Veriforce platform and Excel.
  • Partner closely with Global Account Managers, Inside Sales, Contractor Support Configuration, and Technical teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of support-related escalations impacting global clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to supporting enterprise or global clients.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or compliance-based systems.
  • Comfort working across different regions and time zones.
