About the role

  • Client Services Associate responsible for accurate onboarding documentation and client interactions at financial services firm. Includes handling pension and investment analysis on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collating 3rd party pension information into a standardised format,
  • Conducting outbound calls with 3rd party providers
  • Managing effective Inbound client information via email
  • Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting non-compliance issues

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and both written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience working in Financial Services
  • CII R02/R04 Qualified or have a keen interest in Pension & Investments
