Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist I working in a fast-paced environment for the Vermont Department of Transportation. Responsibilities include managing customer service for high volume mail and paperwork.
Responsibilities
Fast-paced position in the Mail Processing Unit that requires dealing with large volume of mail on a daily basis.
Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
Position may be required to lift 15-25 pounds.
Perform several job duties within several different units possibly in the same day.
Travel to other offices with minimal notice to assist when staffing shortages occur.
Requirements
Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer or client service role that includes significant public contact AND regular use of computer programs.
Six (6) months or more of work experience in the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles.
Ability to process large amounts of mail and paperwork.
Excellent customer service skills.
