• Senior Manager leading advanced proteomics and meta-omics workflows for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Critical role in integrating solutions and supporting technological innovation in biopharma research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and presentation of advanced proteomics and meta-omics workflows at the CEC.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to integrate solutions across Thermo Fisher's world-class technology platforms.
• Conduct customer evaluations, proof-of-concept studies, and application development to support sales and adoption.
• Facilitate translational research collaborations with key opinion leaders and research partners.
• Deliver impactful technical support, training, and presentations to internal and external collaborators.
• Showcase workflow innovation and procedures to build customer confidence and drive business growth.

Requirements

• More than 12 years of proven experience in organic analysis.
• More than 10 years of industry experience, with preference given to those with Thermo Instrumentation knowledge.
• Expertise in mass spectrometry, chromatography, sample preparation, and bioinformatics.
• Outstanding ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
