Responsibilities

Ensure platforms meet GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards for life sciences.
Maintain data integrity and security across environments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Salesforce application management, with exposure to Life Sciences Cloud.
Proven experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
Understanding of life sciences processes and compliance requirements (GxP, validation).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
