About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing finance project roadmap execution at Thermo Fisher. Leading ERP implementations and process improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams and functional workstreams.
  • Coordinate change management impacts and mitigations.
  • Collaborate with team members for timely execution of programs.
  • Responsible for delivery of Service Delivery Model for smaller projects.
  • Manage project requirements, results and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for regular reporting and clear communication of project outcomes.
  • Lead and report the project portfolio of a specific business or workstream.
  • People management of Project Coordinator individuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably business-related.
  • 5+ years of project involvement.
  • Experience in Finance operations or Customer Service preferred.
  • Project Management knowledge/certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
