BDR generating B2B leads by contacting potential clients in a hybrid environment. Engaging prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
Responsibilities
Contactar con clientes potenciales mediante llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos y otras herramientas tales como Linkedin o eventos.
Buscar proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Organizar reuniones o llamadas con los clientes (potenciales).
Reportar al B2B Manager (semanal/mensualmente/trimestralmente) de los resultados de número de reuniones.
Estar al día de los nuevos productos/servicios/líneas de negocio.
Requirements
Idioma español nativo, otros idiomas son un plus.
Orientación a las ventas/ venta consultiva.
Trabajo en equipo.
1 año de experiencia es más que suficiente.
Experiencia en llamadas en frío.
Conocimiento en prospección de Outbound.
Experiencia con CRM (Salesforce).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gran capacidad de interlocución.
