Responsibilities

  • Operational responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant, with a focus on first-class service quality
  • Leading, motivating and developing the team
  • Maintaining the customer database and documenting guest feedback
  • Staff scheduling, budgeting and inventory management
  • Organising the different service periods and workflows
  • Responsible for cleanliness and compliance with our hygiene standards
  • Conducting training for staff
  • Embodying and implementing the hotel's philosophy and values

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Resilience and the ability to stay calm — even during busy service times
