Responsibilities
Support the New Business Sales, Inside Sales, and Renewals teams through scalable processes and operational rigor.

Maintain comprehensive playbooks that define processes and best practices for the sales teams.
Help ensure renewal opportunities are tracked and executed on time, collaborating with Finance on invoicing issues.
Requirements
CRM Proficiency: Experience using a CRM system is required. Specific expertise in Salesforce is considered highly beneficial.
