About the role

  • Finance Analyst responsible for capital lifecycle management in global data centers. Collaborating with project managers for accurate financial reporting and compliance in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end capital lifecycle, including supporting the monthly close process, performing Construction-In-Progress (CIP) reconciliations, and ensuring manual accounting entries for interest and labor are accurately recorded
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Fixed Asset Centers of Excellence, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to validate capital spend against forecasts and support management reporting
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations by maintaining rigorous capital finance documentation and supporting internal audit activities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in finance, specifically within real estate construction, capital deployment, or a large-scale multinational public reporting environment
  • Strong knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), the Construction-In-Progress (CIP) lifecycle, and fixed asset subledgers
  • Proven ability in driving process improvements and automation between Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and the General Ledger, while managing tight deadlines
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
