About the role

  • Sales Planning Senior Analyst role focused on analyzing sales data and driving growth for Kingsford/Brita brands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to various stakeholders while leveraging analytical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support by gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data
  • Monitor sales trends to identify opportunities or challenges
  • Engage with cross-functional partners and customer/field teams
  • Create and update complex reports for sales planning team, BU project teams and customer teams
  • Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities
  • Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation and forecasting
  • Use appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Kingsford/Brita organization
  • Communicate findings with a variety of stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years of CPG experience
  • Proficient on key Sales analytical tools (ex. Circana, Numerator Promo/Insights, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
