Work closely with underwriting teams to ensure alignment and build trust.
Oversee client service requests, ensuring seamless execution and swift resolution by directing them to the right team for problem-solving.
Manage key partner relationships to ensure client budgets align with reality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in health benefits or client management experience managing large accounts is highly preferred
Strong communication , sales negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, particularly with clients having 500+ employees
Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations is preferred.
Financial acumen with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities within the book of business.
