About the role

  • Sales Consultant helping surgeons improve patient treatment through medical devices. Engaging in client visits, identifying needs, and proposing solutions aligned with commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help the surgeons in your client portfolio to better treat their patients by diagnosing demands and needs and by directing solutions in line with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Plan and conduct visits to clients in your portfolio to identify their needs, in line with the strategy defined by management.
  • Present product or service solutions that meet client needs and validate that the proposed solution meets expectations.
  • Identify potential negotiation opportunities with hospitals, payors, and physicians, and present these possibilities to management to align the execution strategy.
  • Execute post-sales and client retention activities, as well as follow-up according to management guidance.
  • Track the status of quotes submitted for your client portfolio and ensure fulfillment within the agreed timeframe.
  • Analyze your performance indicators with the Market Intelligence team and develop action plans to achieve expected results.
  • Attend congresses and events to strengthen and expand relationships within your client portfolio.
  • Establish strong relationships with surgeons' support teams (secretaries, surgical technologists, etc.) and act as a representative of Arthrex's values and mission in the market.
  • Present weekly visit plans and update customer database information in the CRM.
  • Report visit outcomes and performance indicators to periodically validate your portfolio diagnosis, identifying each client's specific characteristics.

Requirements

  • Experience in medical device sales for orthopedic surgery / arthroscopy.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to sales.
