Responsibilities

- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess impact, manage risk, and navigate change with clarity and purpose.
- Track progress, outcomes, and return on investment, using data to inform decisions and course-correct when needed.
- Design and sustain repeatable processes that support long-term operational success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point, resolving issues and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in a matrixed environment.
- 6+ years experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or prior authorization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in ambiguous or evolving situations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with a focus on outcomes.
- Strong business, financial, and technical acumen.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing timelines/deadlines.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
