About the role

  • Principal in Sales Strategy & Operations at Workday shaping strategies for revenue growth in Adaptive Planning. Leading operational efforts and driving frameworks for scaling ACV with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic and operational lead for Adaptive Planning Revenue organization
  • Coordinate global GTM and sales execution
  • Drive frameworks to scale Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Act as operational link between Adaptive Planning and Workday’s Global Commercial Organization
  • Lead strategic planning cycles and incentive structures
  • Design and manage reporting and dashboards for ACV trends
  • Operate Sales events and manage field communications

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations (Rev Ops), or GTM Strategy
  • Builder mindset with proven growth driving experience
  • Exceptional matrix coordination skills
  • Executive presence to translate complex data for senior leadership
  • Data-driven approach to Sales Strategy
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and Adaptive Planning or similar tools
  • Ability to travel ~25%
