About the role

  • Inside Sales role at CS Academy responsible for engaging with leads and facilitating course enrollments. Aiming to help future students advance their careers through education.

Responsibilities

  • Assess leads' needs and objectives
  • Clearly and empathetically present the key differentiators of CS Academy courses
  • Conduct demonstrations and answer questions about our products
  • Maintain regular contact with leads through strategic follow-ups
  • Handle objections with emotional intelligence and a solution-focused approach
  • Negotiate and close sales with a focus on the student's success
  • Forward enrolled students' information to the onboarding/implementation team
  • Support active outreach to generate new leads when required (Outbound).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Inside Sales (B2C experience desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the education market and/or Customer Success is a plus
  • Resilient, empathetic, and persuasive
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven to hit targets
  • Ability to listen attentively and understand leads' pain points
  • Collaborative spirit and a love of teamwork
