About the role

  • Care Partner providing assistance to seniors in The Renaissance Assisted Living. Working flexible shifts and ensuring quality care for residents in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and assistance to the elderly residents in a senior living building
  • Support residents with daily activities and personal care needs
  • Communicate effectively with both residents and staff to ensure quality care
  • Work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night shifts as needed

Requirements

  • Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
  • A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
  • Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
