About the role

  • Senior Analyst managing accounts payable and procurement-related activities for Kraft Heinz. Driving operational excellence through process automation initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end AP processes for the global Talent organization
  • Maintain the Learning and Capability team’s KPIs and analyze trends
  • Own forecasting for team spend and maintain rolling forecasts
  • Identify and lead operational process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, procurement support, or learning operations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/dashboards (Excel required; experience with BI tools preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement process improvements
