About the role

  • Senior Client Partner at Aleph, focusing on gaming advertising solutions in the Mexican market. Building relationships with key stakeholders while educating clients on mobile gaming's value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure high-impact business opportunities within the Mexican market, focusing on our partner platforms' advertising solutions.
  • Educate brands and agencies on the power of Mobile Gaming as premium media channels.
  • Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders at major agencies and brands, helping them navigate the gaming landscape.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations that translate gaming metrics and "gamer culture" into compelling business growth stories with a great value proposition.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, providing a top-tier service experience for our partners.
  • Represent Aleph at key industry events, positioning us as the go-to partner for gaming and digital innovation in Mexico.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales (Gaming and media entertainment platforms).
  • Gamer DNA: You don't just know about gaming; you are a gamer. You have a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and what makes the community tick.
  • Mobile & Streaming Expert: Solid knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem (the primary screen for Mexican gamers) and live-streaming platforms.
  • Local Network: A robust portfolio of existing relationships with key decision-makers in the Mexican advertising industry.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • On-site Presence: Ability to work from our offices in Mexico City.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep Gaming Knowledge: You know the landscape, the platforms, and the mechanics.
  • Performance Savvy: Experience with self-serve platforms, or auction dynamics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that prove the ROI of gaming environments.
  • Creative Strategist: An 'outside-the-box' thinker who can design non-traditional solutions that feel natural to a gaming audience.
