About the role
- Founders Associate working directly with the founding team at altitude in Berlin. Engaging in project management, client relations, and business development in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Direct collaboration with the founding team — shaping strategic initiatives, internal projects, and client matters together
- Client project work — you support the planning, management, and implementation of marketing and growth projects
- Light account management — you help maintain client relationships, prepare reporting, and coordinate actions
- Strategy & organization — you further develop internal processes, build structures, and drive efficiency
- Finance & operations — you create business plans, financial models, and reports, and optimize our finance processes
- Business development — you contribute to the development of new service offerings and help open up new markets
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience (0–2 years) in a dynamic environment (e.g., consulting, marketing, startup, VC)
- Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct client work
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented yet pragmatic
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
