About the role

  • Prepare and review complex individual, trust, and business tax returns (S corps, partnerships, and more)
  • Conduct research on tax compliance and planning issues
  • Provide proactive client communication regarding tax positions, deadlines, and planning strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and assist with professional development
  • Participate in client meetings, tax planning, and strategy development
  • Stay current on tax law changes and apply knowledge to client needs
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting
  • CPA or EA license (or actively pursuing)
  • Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Relationship-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
