About the role

  • Provide support and technical assistance to customers
  • Manage projects to carry out customers goals while meeting company goals
  • Coordinate with the sales team, technical team, and other related departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Gather information and keep the customers updated regarding the work process and operation
  • Make sure that our customers receive requested products or services in a timely fashion
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Account Manager or related roles
  • Experience in IT or Data business industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to retain and develop good relationships with customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in problem-solving, organisational, and time management.
  • A quick-learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Professional English skills
