Gestirai direttamente un team di 7/10 commerciali sul campo.
Ti assicurerai che il team raggiunga gli obiettivi mensili di contratti e revenue.
Presenterai le soluzioni Teya in modo chiaro, semplice e coinvolgente.
Coltiverai relazioni solide e di fiducia con esercenti e partner locali.
Collaborerai con marketing, operations e product per migliorare processi e offering.
Requirements
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza manageriale con gestione diretta di field sales (sales B2B, account management, territory sales), preferibilmente cicli di vendita brevi.
Track record concreto nel raggiungimento di obiettivi commerciali.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e creazione di fiducia.
Orientamento al risultato, spirito imprenditoriale e autonomia nella gestione del lavoro sul campo.
Familiarità con CRM e tool digitali.
Residenza nell’area di Milano o limitrofe.
Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio.
