About the role

  • Kunden- und Salesmanagement Außendienst role at Telecomputer GmbH focused on client management and software sales in the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Personal support and consulting for our clients in the public sector – in particular at vehicle registration offices and driver licensing offices
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships to better understand the specific needs and daily challenges of road traffic authorities
  • Identify optimization opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes at our customers’ sites
  • Conduct product presentations and software demos in close coordination with our marketing team
  • Advise on and actively sell software modules, interfaces and accompanying services – to both existing customers and potential new clients
  • Provide technical input and customer feedback to our internal teams (Customer Service, Product Management and Development) to drive targeted product improvements
  • Represent Telecomputer GmbH at customer events, trade fairs and digital events

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales or customer management, ideally in the public sector and IT environment
  • Interest in an exciting and future-proof client environment and in digitization in the public sector
  • Prior knowledge of processes and specific requirements in vehicle registration and driver licensing is desirable
  • Basic technical understanding and a strong affinity for IT
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a professional appearance
  • Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
  • High willingness to travel within Germany
  • Class B (car) driver’s license
